Illuminatus! is dedicated to Hill and Thornley, and the book uses the Principia's tone and ideas as a driver of the narrative.
This earlier version seems like some sort of Ur-text. Very very interesting...and a close analysis with the later, more widely distributed Principia might yield... something. Maybe something "big"?
