Truly a funferal! Worth noting that the Meme-Orial predated current popular usage of the word "Meme." The fact that word actually caught on really is a eponymous proof of concept, but I digress...
I had an awesome trip meeting up w/ a bunch of Maybe Logic cats, getting high on the beach in broad daylight! Which blew my 2007 east coast mind.
I got to take to Eric Wagner IRL! I awkwardly articulated through a prodigious buzzzz the idea that SMS abbreviations were Poundian linguistic innovations.
Several non RAW related images from my website cycled through the media slideshow, suggesting that he had downloaded them to his computer.
Christina thanked Rushkoff & I for helping out w/ stuff during her eulogy, it didn't make sense to me why I was being singled out for thanks, but I stood up and waved to everyone, at Robert Anton Wilson's funeral?! Weird weird world
Bobby, I remember your sharing your insight about text messaging and Pound's abbreviations. I enjoyed meeting you, as well as Mike Johnson, Mike Gathers, Brian Shields, etc. I enjoyed the song from Finnegans Wake chapter two which the guitarist performed. I hope my Finnegans Wake Club will reach that song this semester. We hit page 34 today.
